GTA Guard
Security analysis for supported GTA 5 mods and game files, with the current Windows x64 preview and an iPhone browser preview.
MalGuard is an open-source defensive security project focused on safer game-mod analysis, local scanning and fail-closed isolation. GTA Guard is the first product focus.
The project is built around a simple idea: game mods, downloads and links deserve security tooling that explains what it knows, what it suspects and what it cannot prove.

Bilingual chat, a code workspace, and consent-based file, hash and link inspection with clear evidence and limits. Model availability depends on connected services; AI cannot guarantee file safety.
Planned gaming-link and scam-signal analysis. Current public tools are intentionally narrower.
User-facing security workflows such as GTA Guard.
Shared inspection, integrity, isolation and release-security foundations in the public MalGuard Core repository.
Research notes and safer-gaming guidance that explain the risks behind downloads, mods and links.
MalGuard Core is published under the MIT License so the defensive architecture, policies and changes can be reviewed. Open source does not make a build automatically safe, so release provenance, integrity checks and review still matter.
The project is maintained through the MalGuard GitHub organization. Contributions are reviewed through pull requests, and security-sensitive changes are expected to pass CI and review before merge. Contributors are credited through the repository history.
